Terms of Service for Wicked Recovery Apparel

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Keep in mind many of our items are custom made. Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, or external delays (e.g., weather, postal issues). Wicked Recovery Apparel is not liable for delays once your order has shipped.

  

4. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of many of our items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.

All content on our site—including logos, designs, artwork, photos, and text—is the property of Wicked Recovery Apparel and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

At Wicked Recovery Apparel, we’re not just about clothing, we’re about purpose, impact, and community. Every piece you purchase supports the mission to break the stigma around addiction and mental health. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand things don’t always work out.

Here’s how our return and exchange process works:

  

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Custom-made or limited-edition items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.

  

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at:

Include your order number, reason for the return, and a photo of the item (if applicable).

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

  

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

  

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

  

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or item? We’ll do our best to make it right.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item and confirm availability of the replacement.

  

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right guaranteed.
